Child Safety Policy for MyCredit

At MyCredit, operated by SmartWay, we are committed to protecting minors from any form of exploitation or abuse. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our application strictly prohibits any use of the App that promotes, depicts, or facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any other harmful behavior toward children.

Our Standards

• MyCredit is not intended for children under 13.
• Any content or use of the App that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly forbidden.

Safety Measures

• Users can report any behavior or content violating this policy through our in-app or contact channels.
• Each report is reviewed manually and acted on promptly.
• Accounts engaging in such behavior are permanently banned from the App.
• We report apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities, as required by law.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigation related to child safety.

Compliance

MyCredit complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, as well as the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
