This Privacy Policy explains how SmartWay (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application Forex AI Advisor (“Service” or “App”).

Forex AI Advisor does not connect to your brokerage or bank account, does not place trades, and never asks for card numbers, trading account passwords, or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Providing, operating, and maintaining the App.
Generating AI-powered technical and fundamental analysis for the symbols you select.
Fetching real-time and historical market data from third-party financial data providers.
Sending service notifications and market alerts you have enabled.
Improving app performance, reliability, and user experience.
Monitoring usage and preventing abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our policies.

3. Permissions Used by the App

Internet: To connect to our services, the AI provider, and market data sources.
Notifications: To notify you about market alerts or service updates. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
Storage (if applicable): To cache analysis results or save your preferences locally.

These permissions are requested only when needed for the App’s main features.

4. Third-Party Services

Claude AI (Anthropic): Generates the technical and fundamental analysis. The symbol you select and the related market data are sent to Anthropic’s API to produce the result. We do not send your name or email address to the AI provider.
Financial data providers: Supply real-time and historical market prices.
Google Firebase: Authentication, data hosting, notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
Google AdMob: Where the App displays advertising, AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve and measure ads.

5. Data Sharing and Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:

With trusted service providers that help us operate the App (listed above), under confidentiality obligations.

It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any currency, commodity, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument. 9. Children’s Privacy

Forex AI Advisor is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it and close the related account promptly. See also our Child Safety Policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
